About the Role:
- Location: Chelsea
- Employment Type: Fixed Term, Part Time (6 months)
- Fortnightly Shifts: 66 / 51.5 hours
About You:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in disability services or similar frontline, community‑based settings, with the ability to guide teams and uphold high‑quality participant outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage behaviours of concern with a calm, confident approach
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Person-Centred Active Support
- Enjoy change and work well in leading a team through an ever-changing environment
- A Full Victorian Driver Licence is required for this role
- An Advanced Diploma of Disability (
or equivalence) is required for this role

As an Advanced Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. Please note, to be considered for this role, you must hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent.

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
