About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Document Control Lead to work within our Practice Governance and Regulatory Reporting division.

Reporting to the Head of Quality Systems Improvement, the Document Control Lead will define and simplify documentation processes across the organisation.

Your Key Focus

• Oversee management and continuous quality improvement activities related to document management
• Support teams in planning, implementing and evaluating new policies and procedures
• Guide enterprise-wide review, redevelopment and alignment of frameworks, polices and procedures
• Collaborate with document owners to create clear and effective visual representations
• Work closely with the internal Communications Team to ensure effective dissemination of visual content to support implementation

What We Look For

• Led and managed an enterprise-wide document/ policy procedure library
• Experience in Quality Systems particularly in the health, disability and / or aged care sector
• Ability to work across the business with different stakeholders
• Knowledge of NDIS practice standards, NDIS legislation will be highly desirable
• Exceptionally skilled with the navigation and use of Microsoft Suite and Sharepoint
