About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Accreditation and Regulatory Reporting Lead to work within our Quality, Safeguarding & Practice Division.

Reporting to the Head of Practice Governance and Regulatory Reporting, the Accreditation and Regulatory Reporting Lead will ensure that Scope meets and maintains mandatory registration requirements for all client-related legislation and quality standards.

Your Key Focus

  • Provide expert guidance on compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Manage quality standards accreditation requirements
  • Oversee external audits and identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, execute and report on remediation plans and audit rediness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and teams
  • Develop, implement and review policies and procedures related to governance and assurance
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices and legislative changes to inform organisational strategy

What We Look For

  • Demonstrated experience in accreditation processes, compliance and regulatory reporting, particularly within the health, disability and / or aged care sector
  • Experience using compliance management systems and reporting tools
  • Experience in coordinating audits and liaising with regulatory bodies
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to think strategically
  • Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with stakeholders
