This role will be responsible for delivering service across the four phases of Customised Employment. 

This includes service delivery of the CE model to a caseload of Scope clients with a range of disabilities who are seeking employment and sustaining partnerships with external employers while implementing relevant supports to the job candidate and employer once job placement has occurred.

This requires someone fun, kind, and person-centered with a natural ability to engage with people of all ages and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone solution focused when seeking employment opportunities, networking, and making warm calls with prospective businesses when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, families and stakeholders.
  • Bridging the gap between clients with disability and employment opportunities!
  • Investigating the unmet needs of our clients and employers.
  • Confidently facilitate engaging 1:1 sessions with clients.
  • Researching industry to help gain opportunities.
  • Liaise and negotiate with local business and potential employers on behalf of our clients, discuss suitability and effectively refer them to suitable opportunities.
  • Ensure reports, compliance with administrative processes is followed.

Requirements:

  • Clear communication, excellent EI, and a team player attitude.
  • Great administration and report writing skills
  • Current NSW Driver’s License (P2 and above) 
  • Please note: This role requires you on site Monday - Wednesday days per week 8:30-4:30pm
  • WWCC | NDISWC | First Aid and CPR | NDIS Orientation Module
