Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
This role is offered as a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, working on-site Monday to Friday, based out of Campbelltown or Blacktown site.
You will deliver services across all four phases of Customised Employment, supporting a caseload of Scope clients with diverse disabilities. This includes implementing the CE model, building and sustaining employer partnerships, and providing ongoing support to both Scope clients and employers after placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between people with disability and meaningful employment
- Identify and investigate unmet needs of clients and employers to support better outcomes.
- Facilitate engaging one‑to‑one sessions with clients.
- Travelling to Blacktown or Campbelltown depending on your client caseload.
- Research and liaise with the industry and local community to uncover new employment options.
- Complete reports accurately and ensure all administrative and compliance processes are followed.
