Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Please note: Applicants must have unrestricted working rights in Australia and be available to work a variety of shifts, including AM, PM, split shifts and sleepover shifts.
Your role:
- Support adults with complex mental health, psychosocial disabilities and intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model.

Follow Behaviour Intervention Support (BIS) Plans and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies as directed by clinical teams and site managers.

Encourage capacity building and skill development, including personal hygiene, healthy relationships, domestic tasks, use of public transport, and safe community participation.

Perform hands-on support tasks, including personal care, manual handling, operating hoists and lifters, and assisting with mealtime management and feeding support where required.

Deliver personal care while maintaining each individual's dignity, privacy, and respect.
- Promote client choice, independence, and control while actively supporting their daily routines, personal goals, interests, and community engagement.
- Work within a team to provide a positive, and safe environment for our clients.

Maintain accurate documentation, complete progress notes and incident reports, and demonstrate strong computer literacy and report-writing skills.
