  • 12-month Fixed Term Full-time role located in Malvern
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, either as a current Team Leader or in a senior/acting leadership role, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting individuals with complex behaviours and high intensity support needs.
  • A strong understanding and application of person-centred active support practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and foster a positive, cohesive team environment.

As a House Coordinator in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common goal – to create meaningful opportunities for people with a disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
