About You

  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to balance service delivery, quality, compliance, and team support
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the capability to guide teams through change and drive continuous improvement
  • A collaborative leadership approach that values diverse perspectives, demonstrates strong listening skills, and encourages open discussion and shared decision‑making
  • Client‑focused, with a strong commitment to person‑centred practice and positive outcomes
  • Proven experience working closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to support goals and meaningful participation
  • Confident in managing budgets and overseeing operational and financial responsibilities

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
