Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

      About Your Role

      Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Client Partnership Lead, within our Strategy, Brand & Business Development Division.

      In this role, you will facilitate impactful conversations and embeds a co-design approach to service improvement. In addition, you will support the implementation of the Client Participation Framework, overseeing the Client Advisory Panel and developing and delivering capacity building programs that aim to increase client participation.

      Your Key Focus

      • Ensure the smooth and effective operation of Scope’s consumer panels by providing support to clients and their supporters to enable their participation in all Panel activities
      • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Client Advisory Panel (CAP) and family and support networks
      • Work with existing clients, their family and supporters and their support staff to build capacity for self-advocacy in participating clients
      • Champion the goals of the Client Participation and Outcomes Framework (CPOF) by leading capacity building components, including the development and delivery of any training, education and/ or induction programs offered to participants

      What We Look For

      • Strong ability communicating with people in different communicative styles
      • Excellent administrative skills with exceptional written and verbal communication
      • Strong ability to foster a team environment across all levels of the business
      • Experience working in a consumer facing role within the disability/ community sector
      • Ability to occasionally travel across metro & regional Victoria
      • Must be available on Thursdays
