Are you someone who has a sharp eye for detail? Do you enjoy juggling priorities while knowing that every step you take has a real impact on people’s lives? If so, we’d love to welcome you to our Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month parental leave cover based in either NSW or VIC.
This isn’t just any recruitment role, it’s about shaping the future of an organisation that empowers people with disability to belong and thrive.
Why You’ll Love This Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring Scope has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. You’ll:
Partner with Hiring Managers and team members to create seamless, compliant, and positive recruitment experiences.
Support and coordinate the behind-the-scenes magic – from inbox management, compliance checks, Recruitment Reporting, through to candidate care.
Share ideas and find smarter ways to attract, engage, and welcome amazing people into Scope.
Why Attention to Detail Matters
In this role, you’ll be balancing fun and fast-paced people work with the precision of compliance. Every box ticked, every record accurate, and every process followed means:
A safe and fair experience for candidates and colleagues.
Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
Protecting Scope’s reputation as a trusted disability service provider.
If you thrive on dotting every “i” and crossing every “t” (while still enjoying plenty of people interaction), you’ll fit right in!
What Will Set You Up for Success
Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities (or similar).
Confidence working with Microsoft Office (or similar) – your spreadsheets and documents are always accurate and polished.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage people from all walks of life via phone and email.
The flexibility to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
A curiosity to learn about the disability sector and a passion for contributing to meaningful change.

Because we support people with disabilities, this role requires:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check.
