About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Implementation Manager to work within our Strategy & Risk Division.
MiSO (Measuring Impact and Service Outcomes), is a recently developed app that measures outcomes of service provision. The MiSO Implementation Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the app to our front-line services.
Your Key Focus
Use information from the app to show customers progress
Develop, coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement MiSO
Development and provision of training in the use of MiSO
Ensure on-time deliverables, within scope and budget
Support stakeholders, including leaders and managers in driving adoption of MiSO
What We Look For
Ability to think and work strategically and collaboratively
Build positive relationships with stakeholders
Experience within multi-stakeholder projects
Experience and knowledge within the disability and/ or community sector
Relevant tertiary qualification in disability and project management
Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
