About Your Role
This role forms part of the leadership team directly supporting the Finance Business Partner Manager. You will lead the Finance Business Partners and be responsible for managing the performance and delivery outcomes of the team and ensure sustained employee engagement.
Your Key Focus
Lead the Accommodation Services Finance Business Partners to achieve financial performance targets.
Drive and enforce collaborative practices across the function and outside of the function with business stakeholders to support the achievement of business outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure service delivery quality and responsiveness is meeting business needs and that customer requirements are being met or exceeded.
Promote and role model organisational change; equipping team members to understand and adapt with change.
