About You:
You’re someone who is calm, confident, and committed to making a difference. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting people with disability, including individuals with behaviours of concern
- Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and support a diverse team
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
- The ability to lead others through change and adapt quickly in dynamic situations
- A Full Victorian Driver Licence

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

Qualification requirement - Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
