About the Role:

As an Advanced Disability Support Worker, (DDSO2A), you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality support within our community‑based residential services. You’ll provide active support, lead by example, and help create environments where people with disability can belong, grow, and thrive.

About You:

You’re someone who is calm, confident, and committed to making a difference. You bring:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting people with disability, including individuals with behaviours of concern
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and support a diverse team
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
  • The ability to lead others through change and adapt quickly in dynamic situations
  • A Full Victorian Driver Licence 
  • Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence) is required

We act bravely 

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

  • Qualification requirement - Advanced Diploma of Disability (or equivalence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
