About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer Enquiry Administrator to work within our Chief Employment Pathways Officer division.  

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our existing and potential customers as well as all enquiries on our centralised number and email. You will be supporting multiple stakeholders both internal and external and provide them outstanding customer service. 

The role is a part-time, 15 hour per week position with some flexibility around days of the week, however will be requirement to work Tuesdays. 

Your Key Focus

  • Providing superior customer service through all available service channels (phone, web, email) within agreed SLA’s  
  • Collecting and maintaining correct customer data/records  
  • Qualify and capture leads and support with pipeline monitoring  
  • Provide accurate and timely information to help internal/external stakeholders and customers with ‘way-finding’ and ‘decision-making’  
  • Reporting on customer service KPIs  
  • Reporting on customer insights  
  • Maximise on the potential to nurture and convert leads, and therefore contributing to Scope’s organic growth targets  
  • Ensure that the CES provides a best in class experience that supports brand differentiation and aligns with Scope Customer Experience strategy  
  • Supporting Reception where required 

What We Look For

  • Strong inbound customer service or similar front of house experience   
  • Experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software programs, CRM and other data management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions.
