About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a People Partner (SIL Strengthening Project) to work within our People Division.
The Supported Independent Living (SIL) Strengthening Program is focused on enhancing quality, experience and sustainability of Scope’s SIL Services. It is the cornerstone of Scope’s strategic direction and is part of the broader multi-year transformation.
The People Partner will report directly to the People Manager and work closely with the SIL Strengthening program, supporting the consultation process for employees impacted by the withdrawal of a SIL Accommodation service in accordance with the respective enterprise agreement and Scope values.
Your Key Focus
Support operations to consider support required by employees for a smooth transition to new locations of work
Advise and coach Operational leaders in hosting 1:1 discussions with impacted employees
Preparation of consultation and communication materials using standardised templates
Ensure timely roll-out and education of new and updated policies and procedures
Collaborate with other People Partners on implementing processes, improvement or change initiatives
Coach and guide managers and business leaders through change
Demonstrated experience in professional People & Culture generalist role with focus in ER/ IR
Experience in supporting change management including but not limited to consultation, redundancy and IR strategies
Ability to travel across metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and New South Wales to deliver services
Ability to analyse and interpret data with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience dealing with ambiguity and sensitive/ personal information
