About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Success Officer to work within our Retention Division.
The Client Success Officer is responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and implementing retention strategies that empower our clients to belong and thrive.
This will be achieved by:
Conducting analyses to equip stakeholders with the tools and insights to effectively market Scope’s services to continue to improve client retention
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring clients, their support networks and our people on the journey
Continue to improve the journey and experiences of clients and their support networks
Constructively challenge Client Acquisition and Retention’s priorities to focus on what is most impactful to our clients, our people and Scope
Your Key Focus
Provide policy aligned and evidence-based advice that may impact areas of focus for client acquisition and/ or retention
Demonstrate ethical service delivery; underpinned by the integrity, accountability, inclusivity and reflective practice
Develop, maintain and navigate diverse stakeholder networks to elicit and/ or share data and insights
Monitor and develop reporting for relevant metrics
What We Look For
Experience in analysing data and translating it into actionable insights to contribute to client acquisition, retention and/ or marker growth
Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes
Experience in the disability services sector/ similar or ability to adapt rapidly
