Disability Support Worker – Social Connections Day Service in Bendigo

About The Role:

• Disability Support Worker 
• Casual employment
• Must be available to work between the days and times of Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm
• To work as a member of Scope’s Day Program in Bendigo to support the access and participation of all adults with disabilities within an inclusive environment.
• Support clients with their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person-centered approach. This can include sports and exercise, art and crafts, gardening, cooking, field trips, and more!
• Provide assistance to clients with activities related to community access and encourage social participation.
• Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.

Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
