About Your Role

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager for Strategy Accelerator, this hands-on role is suited to someone who is collaborative, agile and motivated by working in a fast-paced evolving environment. Using your strong data analysis, financial modelling and trend scanning, you will work within an innovation program focused on Horizons 2 and 3 of Scope’s strategy.

Your Key Focus 

• Lead the development of insights to inform workplans, ideation and testing workshops, design sprints and strategic discussions
• Develop evidence-based strategic recommendations informed by data analysis, market insights and scenario modelling
• Build collaborative relationships across functions and with external partners and subject matter experts to gather and interpret information from multiple sources
• Establish performance measures to track strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop impactful and accessible dashboard, reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and support data informed decision making across Scope

What We Look For

• Demonstrated experience working with agile and human-centred design methodologies, as well as feasibility assessment, governance and project lifecycle management
• Advanced capability in data extraction, handling, analysis and interpretation
• Strong ability to synthesise complex and qualitative information and communicate insights clearly in verbal, written and visual formats
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualation tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL & Python
• Strong ability to work within complex and multi-source data sets
