Your Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Glen Waverley, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include clinic-based service development, supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced Occupational Therapy interventions in clinic and community settings.
  • Drive innovation in service models and quality improvement.
  • Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
  • Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
  • Contribute to service development and research initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in evidence-based interventions for physical and intellectual disability.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
