  • Managing make-good obligations at lease end to minimise cost and risk
  • Maintaining accurate lease records, reporting and administration
  • Collaborating with internal teams, landlords, agents, legal advisors and government stakeholders
  • Supporting organisational growth by acting as a proactive and trusted property partner
  • Embedding ethical service delivery, risk management and safety across all property leasing activities

What you’ll bring:

Qualifications & experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Property Management, Real Estate or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in property management, leasing or real estate
  • Demonstrated experience working in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of leasehold management and leasing agreements
  • Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) accessibility and wheelchair-accessible building standards
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage complex matters

Capabilities

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work confidently in complex and ambiguous environments
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine commitment to inclusion, safety and wellbeing
  • An interest in—or willingness to learn about—the disability services sector

Important requirements

Working at Scope requires:
