About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Project Manager to work within our Transformation Management Office Division.
The Project Manager is responsible for delivering key enterprise initiatives at Scope. Based in the ePMO, this role leads the planning and delivery of high‑impact projects across multiple business units in support of Scope’s transformation agenda.
Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, the role drives clear execution, accountability, and momentum across the project lifecycle.
Your Key Focus
- Deliver enterprise‑wide strategic projects from initiation through to completion, supporting Scope’s transformation objectives
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure projects adhere to ePMO governance, standards, and reporting requirements, promoting consistent best‑practice delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, SMEs, and external vendors to enable successful outcomes
- Provide clear, timely reporting and insights to support governance, decision‑making, and stakeholder confidence
- Partner with sponsors and business owners to define, track, and transition benefits, ensuring sustainable value beyond project closure

- Analytical Thinking: Synthesises data and insights to inform decision-making, track benefits, and optimise project performance.
- Collaboration and Team Culture: Creates a positive, inclusive team environment that encourages contribution, accountability, and continuous improvement
Skills, experience, qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) highly regarded
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end within a PMO or ePMO environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence executives, sponsors, and delivery teams
- Solid capability in project governance, risk, benefits management, and reporting, supported by contemporary project tools
- Eligibility to work safely in a disability services environment, including required checks, clearances, and Australian work rights
