Help turn strategy into impact, where it truly matters.

At Scope, we don’t just deliver projects, we create meaningful changes. As Australia’s largest not‑for‑profit disability service provider, everything we do is focused on helping people with disability belong and thrive.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who loves influence, thrives on collaboration, and knows how to bring structure to complexity. If you’re passionate about outcomes, confident navigating ambiguity, and motivated by purpose, this might be your next move.

About the Role

Sitting within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, this fulltime fixed term role leads the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact, enterprise‑wide initiatives that directly support Scope’s transformation agenda.

You’ll be the strategic anchor for delivery, driving clarity, momentum and accountability across complex, cross‑functional projects while keeping a sharp focus on benefits, value and impact.

This is a generalist Project Manager role, ideal for someone who can operate across diverse portfolios, partner confidently with senior leaders, and ensure the fundamentals of great project management are always in place.

Success in this role comes from strong stakeholder engagement, pragmatic decision‑making, and the ability to turn strategy into action, while never losing sight of benefits, impact and value.

About You

You’re a confident, pragmatic Project Manager who combines structure with influence. You know how to guide teams through change while keeping everyone focused on outcomes.

You bring:

  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects in a PMO or ePMO
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders
  • Solid governance, risk and benefits management capability
  • Experience using tools such as Monday.com, MS Project or Power BI
  • Clear, adaptable communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, Business or similar)
  • Project certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) – highly regarded
  • Experience in disability, health or not‑for‑profit sectors – advantageous

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering Impact

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic, enterprise projects aligned to Scope’s priorities
  • Own scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies — and deliver results
  • Apply ePMO frameworks, governance and best practice consistently
  • Manage vendors and Statements of Work where required

Engaging Stakeholders

  • Build trusted relationships with executives, sponsors, SMEs and delivery teams
  • Facilitate strong governance and informed decision‑making
  • Partner closely with change managers to drive adoption and engagement
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high‑performing project culture

Driving Value

  • Develop and track benefit realisation plans with clear ownership and measures
  • Ensure benefits are embedded and sustained beyond project closure

What’s In It for You?

  • Purpose‑driven work with real community impact
  • Sector‑comparable remuneration
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year
  • Hybrid working and flexible arrangements
  • Free, accessible onsite parking
  • A supportive, inclusive workplace that genuinely values you
