About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Portfolio Governance and Planning Lead to work within our Enterprise Project Manager Office.

Reporting to the Enterprise Governance Manager, this role is central in supporting robust, transparent and outcomes-driven governance and planning across projects at Scope.

This role actively contributes to uplifting enterprise-wide project management maturity, enabling better investment decisions, visibility of impact and effective risk and dependency management.

Your Key Focus

  • Work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder networks to govern Scope’s enterprise projects; supporting a culture of transformation
  • Conduct governance reviews of business cases and project documentation to ensure clarify of objectives, benefit estimation and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Facilitate regular portfolio reviews to assess project alignment, resource allocation and value realisation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure platform enhancements and reporting remain aligned with organisational needs
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Delivery Manager to guide and coach project teams, business units, and project managers on governance processes

What We Look For

  • Experience with Monday.com and/ or ability to automate and optimise processes through systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing governance for project and planning frameworks, tools and practices with a strong focus on effective prioritisation to drive strategic outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take initiative within a dynamic, transforming environment
  • Ability to think analytically who can connect project-level detail with enterprise-wide impact and outcomes
  • Role model critical thinking, resilience, courage and flexibility in seeing initiatives through to completion
  • Experience within the Community/ Disability Sector will be beneficial
