      About Your Role

      Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Key Word Sign Australia Lead, within our Strategy & Impact Division.

      Reporting to the Partnerships & Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Key Word Sign and the development of strategy to ensure sustainable national growth.

      Your Key Focus

      • Grow the national customer base and B2B partnerships through the creation and implementation of a business development plan
      • Oversee and coordinate ongoing development of the KWS line drawing and video library, products and resources
      • Develop, review and deliver training packages, including presenter training or conference presentations as required
      • Support the national presenter community and state-based organisations through professional development and collaboration
      • Accountable for the financial viability of Key Word Sign Australia in collaboration with senior management

      What We Look For

      • Deep understanding and demonstrated fluency in the use of Key Word Sign
      • Strong experience leading, coaching, training and/ or developing others
      • Proven experience in the disability sector and/ or community sector
      • Extensive experience rapidly developing stakeholder networks to deliver outcomes
      • Understanding and working knowledge of relevant Federal and State government policies and legislation
