About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a HSW Business Partner (Injury & Claims) to work within our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team.

The role will see you driving health and injury prevention activities across Scope by managing early intervention and workers' compensation claims, advising leaders, engaging the workforce in healthy lifestyle initiatives, and ensuring positive outcomes for employees and the organisation.

Your Key Focus

A full position description is available to download to give you an understanding of the full breadth of this role. However, the role spans across the promotion of a safety and an early intervention culture, health, safety and wellbeing initiatives; including the promotion of hazard identification, early reporting and recording of injuries. You will also hold responsibilities and expertise in injury and claims management, rehabilitation & return to work and true business partnering with your stakeholders to ensure your expertise is amplified across the organisation.

What We Look For

We are looking for someone experienced in occupational rehabilitation and case management, who also holds a return to work coordinator certificate. You will be a confident communicator, even in an ambiguous environment, who can build and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships across a dispersed workforce.
