• Fixed Term Full Time position in Colac, until December 2025 
• You will assist in supporting 7 of our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach (all ambulant)
• Have experience within disability, including experience dealing with some behaviours of concern
• Your shifts will be on a monthly rotating roster with 74 / 78 fortnightly split
• Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
• You will work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change
• Be part of a strong community and a supportive team

• Salary benefits and conditions based on the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria 2018-2022, with membership to HACSU (Health and Community Services Union)

We act bravely 

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

• Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
