About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Office.
Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, this role will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees into the new client management system stack and ways of working.
Your Key Focus
Shape and deliver a human-centred change approach that enables effective adoption of new systems and processes.
Lead stakeholder engagement and change activities across impacted teams, applying empathy, clarity, and strategic insight to navigate complex dynamics.
Conduct change impact assessments and co-design mitigation strategies.
Plan and implement change delivery activities, including communications, training, and adoption, tailored to diverse audiences and ensuring alignment with the broader program timeline.
Collaborate closely with the central Change Office to ensure consistency, share learnings, and contribute to uplift in enterprise-wide change capability.
What We Look For
High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and work confidently with all levels of stakeholders
Proven experience delivering system and process change in large, complex, and geographically dispersed environments
Proven ability to translate change strategies into clear, compelling communication and engagement activities across all levels of the organisation
Brings a strong delivery mindset. You can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, follow through on commitments, and drive momentum across multiple priorities
You are highly skilled in designing and facilitating workshops, both in-person and virtual, that promote collaboration, alignment, and shared ownership of change
Qualification in either Business, Communication, Psychology or similar
Strong understanding of human-centred and behavioural change approaches, with working knowledge of frameworks such as ADKAR or similar
