About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for an Enterprise Governance Manager to work within our Transformation Management Office.
Reporting to the Head of Projects and Value Realisation, you will collaborate across diverse networks to co-design and embed Scope’s frameworks, practices and collateral for planning, prioritising and governing enterprise projects that are central to transforming the organisation.
Your Key Focus
Work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder networks to govern Scope’s enterprise projects; supporting a culture of transformation and outcomes focused on project delivery across Scope
Design and embed tiered reporting structure with standardised templates to enable project reporting aligned to governance framework
Collaborate to ensure client quality and safeguarding
Coach others, with emphasis on management best practice, sector and market knowledge and stakeholder experience
What We Look For
Considerable expertise in enterprise project management
Exceptional stakeholder management
Ability to expertly develop skills and confidence of others
Experience in designing, configuring, embedding and maximising adoption of automated project management platforms
Collaborate to identify, evaluate and advance opportunities to innovate, optimise and improve project management practices
