About Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Strategy and Risk Officer, the Head of Enterprise Risk, Compliance & Assurance will provide strategic direction and oversight of the Risk, Compliance and Assurance Team.
Your Key Focus
The objective of this role is to strategically evolve, manage and implement the service level risk and compliance management systems, as well as work collaboratively across the organisation with a wide range of stakeholders to assist in implementing the risk management and compliance systems in their area of the organisation.
What We Look For
This role requires strong hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of enterprise and service-level risk frameworks. You will be a collaborative in your approach and will enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
As a senior level risk practitioner you will bring you experience into the business with a collaborative approach, with a focus on continuous engagement and ability to work and engage effectively at a governance level.
