About The Role:
Disability Support Worker
Permanent Part Time employment
Must be available to work between 35 to 40 hours per fortnight.
Must have flexibility to work a variety of shift times including split shifts, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers on weekdays and weekends.
To work as a member of Scope’s Supported Independent Living home in Traralgon to support and empower adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live meaningfully.
Provide assistance to the residents with their daily living activities from a person-centred approach.
Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.
Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver the highest level of support to the residents.

Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
