Permanent Part Time Disability Support Worker – Supported Independent Living in Traralgon

About The Role:

• Disability Support Worker 
• Permanent Part Time employment
• Must be available to work between 35 to 40 hours per fortnight.
• Must have flexibility to work a variety of shift times including split shifts, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleepovers on weekdays and weekends.
• To work as a member of Scope’s Supported Independent Living home in Traralgon to support and empower adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and live meaningfully.
• Provide assistance to the residents with their daily living activities from a person-centred approach.
• Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver the highest level of support to the residents.

Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
• Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
