Two casual roles located in Berwick
You will support our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
Your shifts will include a variety of options such as:
Sleepovers: starting between 2:00pm–6:30pm (later on weekends) and finishing between 9:00–11:00am.
Morning shifts: starting at 6:30am and finishing between 10:00–11:00am, with some extending to 3:00pm.
Evening shifts: starting between 2:00–3:30pm and finishing between 8:00–9:00pm.
Weekend day shifts: 12-hour shifts starting at 7:00, 8:00 or 9:00am.
You’ll work with a range of customers with complex support needs, including Epilepsy, Bowel and Continence (BOC) care, Complex Bowel Management, Enteral Feeding Management, and Mealtime Management support.
Customers may have Cerebral Palsy, Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, Autism, advancing Dementia, and low vision, requiring high-intensity support for medical, mobility and communication challenges.
You’ll also support customers with complex communication needs, ensuring all interactions are respectful, safe, and empowering.
A Drivers licence is required for this role

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
