Permanent Part Time Coordinator role located in one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes located in Chirnside Park.
Hours of work are 4 days a week, with potential to increase to 5 days a week (full-time).
Rostered hours of work will be open for discussion between the Candidate and the Hiring Manager at the interview.
This role combines both administrative responsibilities and floor responsibilities to provide direct support and facilitate development within the staffing team.
Previous skills and experience working with clients who display Behaviours of Concern and implementing Behaviour Support Plans from a Person-Centred approach is required.
Facilitate change and drive continuous service improvement.
Responsible for the development of good working relationships with clients the people we support.
Support the values and behaviours that are important to the successful operation of Scope's business, the purpose and vision.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
Valid Drivers License
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
Proof of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Scope policy.
