Coordinator – Supported Independent Living (SIL)

About the Role:
- Location: Balwyn
- Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, you’ll provide strong, hands‑on leadership within a SIL setting. You’ll guide and develop staff, manage day‑to‑day operations and budgets, apply solid NDIS knowledge, and work closely with participants to ensure supports are genuinely person‑centred and outcomes‑focused.
This is a key leadership role where your experience will influence culture, quality and positive change.
About You
You’ll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in disability services or a similar community‑based environment
- Strong working knowledge of NDIS frameworks and best practice
- A calm, organised and solutions‑focused approach in fast‑paced settings
- Confidence supporting participants who self‑advocate and value choice and control
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills with teams, families and stakeholders
- The ability to build engaged, accountable and high‑performing teams
