About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Change Manager to work within our Transformation Team.

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders to new ways of working within a new property and asset management system for Scope.

Your Key Focus

  • Create change management strategies and plans including training and communication plans
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support successful integration of systems and processes
  • Facilitate workshops to ensure stakeholder engagement and to develop and implement change management plans
  • Develop executive presentations and identify risks and issues relating to change management functions and develop plans to successfully intervene
  • Provide regular and meaningful reports on the delivery of change management plans within projects

What We Look For

  • Proven experience using a human-centred and agile approach to managing change
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational and IT systems change experience
  • Skilled in developing supporting material and facilitating workshops online and face-to-face
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Demonstrated experience of creating clear, compelling communication materials with a cohesive framework
  • Proven ability to drive fast adoption and higher utilisation of projects to increase benefits realisation
  • Understanding and application of Prosci’s ADKAR model
