About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer Accounting Officer to work within our Shared Services & CFO.
Reporting to the Customer Accounting Manager, this position will have responsibility for managing the bulling and invoicing processes related to designated customer accounts and provide support to the debt collection team.
Your Key Focus
Delivery performance outcomes as stipulated in Service Level Agreements between Divisional Operations and Share Services
Liaise with Operations staff to resolve errors for reupload in portal or invoicing
Prepare and distribute monthly outstanding debtor reports
Manage and action service issues within agreed benchmarks
Provide support and backup to other Administrative functions
What We Look For
Strong understanding of revenue & collection cycles and KPIs
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Proven experience in bulling, query handling and debt collection
Experience within the Community Sector would beneficial
