About Scope

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Head of People Engagement will lead Scope’s enterprise-wide cultural change, employee engagement, and capability uplift agenda.

You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and play a critical role in embedding Scope’s national operating model and target culture through innovative and collaborative initiatives—most notably the co-design and delivery of Scope’s Academy and culture transformation program.

Your Key Focus
This role leads Scope’s approach to uplifting leadership capability, evolving new ways of working, and shaping an organisational culture that enables people with disability, and the people who support them, to thrive. You’ll work in close partnership with leaders across the organisation to drive enterprise change through best-practice organisational development, engagement, and change leadership strategies.

What We Look For
You are an experienced senior leader in organisational development, culture change, employee engagement, or transformation—someone who thrives in complexity, and who brings clarity, connection, and momentum to enterprise change.

You’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, transformation and change
  • A collaborative and evidence-based approach to culture and capability uplift
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver at pace
  • Experience working in a large, diverse and geographically dispersed organisation—ideally within the human or disability services sector
  • The courage to innovate, lead, and influence across senior stakeholder networks

Our Timeline and Process for This Role
While applications close on Friday, 8th August, we will be reviewing, shortlisting and interviewing suitable candidates prior to closing.

The process for this role will be 2 rounds of interviews with psychometric and aptitude testing taking place in between the interviews.
