About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Client Contracts Officer to join our Client Acquisitions and Retention team. Reporting to the Client Contracts Manager, this role will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the accurate creation, management, and compliance of client contracts in line with NDIS standards.
Role Duties
Undertake the end-to-end process of the creation, management, and renewal of client contracts
Capture client goals, expectations, and funding requirements
Work collaboratively across teams to meet regulatory, legal, and budget guidelines
Respond to and resolve contract queries, or escalate where required
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation for internal and external use
Support auditing, reporting, and document control processes
Provide input into continuous improvement and process development
What We Look For
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Experience using Care Management Systems (Lumary, VisiCase, or similar essential)
Solid understanding of the NDIS, its structure, and funding requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills
Confident using digital systems, with a high level of tech literacy
Problem-solving mindset—comfortable asking questions and troubleshooting
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A proactive, reflective approach to continuous improvement
