About the role

Based at our Warragul therapy site, this role is the friendly face and organised backbone of our Therapy team. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from coordinating appointments to delivering exceptional client service.

Working closely with therapists and the Therapy Contracts Lead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a strengths based, family centred therapy service that empowers clients and their families.

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcome and support clients, families, and staff with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage and coordinate therapy appointments
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Book and manage appointments, cancellations, and reschedules
  • Coordinate therapist calendars (including leave and professional development)
  • Arrange resources such as rooms, vehicles, and online sessions
  • Maintain accurate client records across management systems
  • Ensure tasks are completed within set timeframes and quality standards
  • Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Identify ways to improve processes and client experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery

About you

  • You’re organised, proactive, and people-focused, with a passion for delivering great service.
  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and with clients
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Experience in disability, health, or community services (highly regarded)

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Driver’s licence (if required for the role)
