You will work in a multidisciplinary team, offering therapy services in various environments - childcare, kindergartens, schools, client homes and centre based clinics. We are looking for a team member who is looking for flexibility. Multiple positions available working from our Glen Waverley location.

Working with Scope means you will receive:

  • Salary packaging, which can significantly increase your take-home pay, as well as competitive remuneration in line with our Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA)
  • The opportunity to work within a large, diverse organisation alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team.
  • A great workplace and all the specialist resources you need, including an iPhone and iPad.
  • Structured practice support, mentoring and an annual professional development entitlement.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Provide services as part of a team to customers of all ages.
  • Deliver services in line with multidisciplinary, transdisciplinary and consultative models of practice.
  • Embrace best practices to achieve good outcomes for the people we support
  • Build upon our customers’ strengths, developing sustainable, long-term therapeutic plans.
  • Work closely with customers, family members, and other stakeholders to assist our clients to reach their individual outcomes and goals.

About You

  • Passionate about what you do and get excited about the supports you provide
  • You are committed to family and person centered approaches, strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation
  • You have excellent communication and the ability to work in a team environment
  • You might have some experience in the disability space, but if not, don't stress we will support you in your transition!

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • You are eligible to hold a valid Medicare Provider Number
