Home@Scope is a subsidiary of Scope, providing Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short-Term Accommodation and Assistance (STAA) services previously provided by the Victorian Government.

About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a full-time, fixed-term till end of 2025 for a People and Culture Business Partner to work within our Home@Scope People and Culture team. This role will have a potential for permanency.

Reporting to the People Manager, and as part of a supportive team, you will be responsible for providing general advice to the Home@Scope operational sites and their management teams.

About You

To qualify for this role you must have a broad range of generalist HR/P&C skills in a service delivery workforce, with an interest in ER/IR and relevant experience in supporting change management and IR strategies in a large scale, fast paced environment.

You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both at senior (GM) level and within operational structures. Effective negotiation and influencing skills are a “must have” along with experience working in a highly unionised workforce environment.
