About The Role
Full-time, fixed-term contract until end of 2025 assisting the P&C Business Partners and wider team with performance and misconduct matters, grievance processes and compliance reporting.
You will assist providing advice to managers/coordinators as appropriate and triage emails/queries to the broader team as required.
Reporting to a P&C business partner you will be mentored and exposed to a broad range of People & Culture matters – great development opportunity for an aspiring HR practitioner!.
To qualify for this role you must have a broad range of generalist HR/P&C skills in a service delivery workforce, with an interest in ER/IR and relevant experience in supporting change management and IR strategies in a large scale, fast paced environment.
You will demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Effective negotiation and influencing skills are a “must have” and experience working in a highly unionised workforce environment would be helpful.
