About Your Role
Unique opportunity to work with our participants, managing aspects of their NDIS funded supports. An important part of your role will be to develop a collaborative working relationship with the customer groups & and their support networks.
We have two positions based in the West and one in the North East and there may be an element of travel involved to meet with participants & their support network.
Your Key Focus
Development, quoting and implementation of participant plans that meet the participants needs and expectations.
Participate in planning and review meetings to assist the participant to achieve the correct funding to enhance their goals and required services.
Maintaining participant information, compliance requirements for consent and service agreement documentation across organisational management systems.
About You
Demonstrated experience and a working knowledge in creating and implementing Participant Plans within a disability framework with NDIS scheme funding experience.
Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
High level of problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
