Home@Scope has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to manage our Dandenong and Box Hill offices. The position will be working across both offices, with the split and allocation of days negotiable.

Reporting to the Regions General Manager, but working with the Senior Managers, you will perform a broad range of administration duties and will support your local team and the greater business whilst being responsible for the coordination and smooth running of the office. This is a genuinely exciting and varied opportunity.

About You

To qualify for this role you will have proven broad generalist administrative skills and highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Critical success measures will include;

  • Previous office management or administration role
  • Experience with taking minutes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with local office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate skill level in MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
  • Flexible approach to turn your hand to whatever the situation requires

You will be a person with excellent planning, prioritising, problem solving and process improvement skills with a desire to be part of a team and the ability to work independently.
