About The Role

We are a close knit team of multidisciplinary therapists (occupational therapists, speech pathologists and allied health assistant) and we are looking for innovative and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our team. We have offices and clinic spaces based in Cheltenham and Glen Waverley and support customers in their natural environment including customers’ homes, childcare, kindergartens and schools as well as Telehealth.

We have full time and part time opportunities available, the roles offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed and you will be supported by a fantastic group of dedicated allied health professionals and team leaders.

  • Provide services to children aged 0-18 years.
  • 60% clinical delivery targets allowing you to focus on quality over quantity
  • We actually care and support our staff in achieving a flexible work life balance 
  • We care about your development and if you are interested we have opportunities for staff to work with Universities to assist with student placements as well as some really exciting research and development projects
  • Work closely with families, teachers and a multi-disciplinary team to building customers capacity and reach their individual goals.
  • Build upon our customers’ strengths, developing meaningful therapeutic interventions

About You

  • Passionate about supporting children of all ages in a person centered as well as strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation.
  • You have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
  • You are willing and able to provide flexible supports for our customers.


To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

  • Current Driver’s License and your own vehicle
  • Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee)
  • Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, you are a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
  • COVID-19 digital certificate

Please note, the successful applicant will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
