About The Role
We are seeking a Learning and Engagement Coordinator (Maternity Leave Position) to join our team. You will be involved in a variety of tasks to support the development of staff at Scope. You will provide support with all aspects of Learning and Engagement and will have the opportunity to contribute to building the Learning and Engagement function. This is a hands-on role, suitable for someone passionate about Learning and Engagement, with the ability to work to deadlines.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Engagement Coordinator for a diverse and exciting role. You will have gained experience working in a similar role and will display a high level of commitment to providing great customer service. You will have high level communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate/have:
Sound understanding of the principles of adult learning, modern training principles and practices (blended learning, eLearning, etc.)
Ability to develop a range of training resources
Working knowledge of Learning Management systems and tools
Strong systems and reporting capability
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
An affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to ‘real world’ project delivery environments.

Please note, successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check. If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries will also be required.
