House Supervisor (DDSO3A) – Warrnambool

As a House Supervisor, you will work with a team of on and off-site specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
This is a permanent full time opportunity based in Warrnambool, see roster hours below.
About the role:
- Manage a small staff team and related services, including ensuring effective roster management (budgetary and human resources)
- Provide warm, respectful, person-centred support that promotes dignity and independence
- Follow behaviour support strategies, routines, and safety procedures consistently
- Support participants with daily living, personal care, health routines, and community access
- Use calm communication and effective de-escalation to manage behaviours of concern
- Work confidently and independently while following structured support plans
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with the wider team
- Bring patience, reliability, and a calm, supportive approach to every shift
What you'll need:
- You will be required to hold an Advanced Diploma in Disability/Community Sector Management or equivalent to meet the criteria for this role.
- Availability to work all below listed shifts.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valid Australian working rights and international police check (if applicable).
