About The Role
Opportunity for a Fleet Administration Officer to join an experienced team in the disability sector. You will be responsible for all thing administration, from maintaining compliance records and our fleet of cars and buses. Your duties will also include:
Ensuring that the standards set in relevant legislation are maintained to guarantee ongoing accreditation of client-carrying vehicles
Documenting accreditation procedures for internal and, where applicable, external auditing.
Prepare and monitor vehicle maintenance budgets for client-carrying vehicles.
Working with key stakeholders to maintain the safety and security of Scope's client-carrying transport fleet and ensuring maintenance and repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to services.

About You
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Understanding of vehicle maintenance
Process improvement and change management experience
Proven experience in management of complex transport arrangements
Proven experience working collaboratively with a variety of internal and external service providers.
