About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Financial Administration Officer to work within our Finance Team .

Main duties include but not limited to creation and management of customer government funding primarily held with the NDIA. Ensuring services provided are within agreed plans, monitoring unused funds and liaising with operational and administration teams as necessary. Ensure accurate of billing for services received, raising of credit notes as required, ensuring records maintained are and accurate,  provide information support to accounts receivable team with collection of outstanding monies as required. 

About You

To be successful in the role you will have extensive bookkeeping skills, you are customer centric with great problem solving skills. You are a self starter with great attention to detail and awesome time management skills. 

Ideally you will have some accounting qualification, understand government funding and worked and the disability sector.
