About The Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer and Service Support Officer to work within our Business Performance Unit
Although not limited to, the main components of the role are to:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the services provided by Scope and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
Support new and existing customers and other stakeholders to determine what services Scope can provide, within service availability and potential funding constraints
Develop, maintain, and update service agreements for customers. Ensuring agreements are financially sustainable and meet the customer’s needs and their expectations
Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve any service agreement related issues
Assist the business lines to accurately schedule jobs within the service delivery system
Do you have:
Experience in administration and/or customer service roles, within Disability, Health or Community Services
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective active listening skills and proven abilities to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong computer literacy skills, including computer-based contract management skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ability to build and manage relationships and work within a team environment
Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
High level of attention to detail
An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (desirable)
