About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customer and Service Support Officer to work within our Business Performance Unit

Although not limited to, the main components of the role are to:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the services provided by Scope and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Support new and existing customers and other stakeholders to determine what services Scope can provide, within service availability and potential funding constraints
  • Develop, maintain, and update service agreements for customers. Ensuring agreements are financially sustainable and meet the customer’s needs and their expectations
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve any service agreement related issues
  • Assist the business lines to accurately schedule jobs within the service delivery system

About You

Do you have:

  • Experience in administration and/or customer service roles, within Disability, Health or Community Services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective active listening skills and proven abilities to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including computer-based contract management skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships and work within a team environment
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • An understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (desirable)
