Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About your role

To negotiate, create and manage Service Agreements for Scope Customers which are financially sustainable and meet the Customer’s needs and expectations. Support new and existing Customers, and other stakeholders, to determine what services Scope can provide, within service availability and potential funding constraints.

Your key focus

  • Manage new and existing Customer enquiries within a set timeframe.
  • Gather sufficient information to enable initial screening and efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Work with customers and other stakeholders to determine what services Scope can provide, within service availability constraints.
  • Develop, maintain and update service agreements/contracts in accordance with current procedures. Ensure service agreements/contracts are financially sustainable and meet customer needs and expectations. 
  • Complete intake-related administration processes in the various organisational management systems.
  • Manage all service agreement/contract expiries and reviews, ensuring effective liaison with Scope staff or Service Coordinators as required.

What we look for

  • Experience in customer service and/or and support roles, within disability, health or community service.
  • Previous experience working alongside disability support or allied health teams is desirable.
  • Knowledge of NDIS is desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including computer-based contract management skills.
  • Growth mindset and resilience.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop and implement effective solutions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships through the application of discretion and personal integrity.
