About The role
The cleaning team leader for Contract Services plays a vital role in not only managing cleaning operations but also in supporting and empowering employees with disabilities to thrive in their roles, contributing to the success of the cleaning contract and the overall satisfaction of clients.The cleaning team leader will be responsible for transporting employees from one site to the following site according to a designated daily work roster.By effectively managing transportation logistics, actively participating in cleaning tasks, and providing leadership and support to the cleaning team, the cleaning team leader plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of cleaning services across multiple sites.
About You
The ability to work independently without supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate all situations.
Have excellent communicating skills including strong verbal and written skills
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
Have creative problem-solving techniques with the ability to identify a problem and use initiative and leadership skills to solve it.
Be a mentor! Encourage employees with disabilities by creating an inclusive environment which you can provide supervision and training.
